Black Jesus: Season 1

I love Black Jesus! I don't know why some people are offended by this or do not like it, the same message is here with just in a very different colorful language. All in all I cannot get enough of this show being that is is hilarious and the show is original and unique. I highly recommend this show to people!

Praise be to him and chill. The first season is dope and loaded with bonus features, brah. Pops hooked this DVD up with divinity and bonus content y'all.

My fiance love this show , and wanted me to watch it for so long . he decided he wanted his friends birthday, so I ordered it on Amazon watch it the first made it, I fell in love with the entire show and it doesn't hurt that the DVDs came perfectly in fact it was wrapped beautifully no scratches no nothing I love Amazon I will buy from this seller again if it had more DVD you I don't know yet but great product I enjoyed it I probably watch this DVD three times but comes with 2 DVD's

Low budget...but HUGE on the laugh yo' ass off O Meter!!! Thank the Irrelevant God's Of Modern Thinking when it comes to dissecting views on religion as a humorous topic. This sucker is fresh as it can get with a s***load of laughs! Get on this Yo!!!

The Murph!!! Great cast and some wonderful performances. Very funny people.

Excellent show. I'm very happy that this got an official dvd release. Great timing too, as season 2 starts on Sept. 18.There are actually four commentaries on this set, for the first four eps. The blooper reel was released online last year.My only complaint is that there could have been a lot more bonus features. Still, I give it 5 stars.

I didn't really like this show when it was on cable, but only watch and brought the dvd because I am a big fan of the late Charlie Murphy.

We love this show. It's original and very funny. Great cast, too...Slink Johnson rules as Black Jesus, but the rest of the cast is also fantastic. The shows centers on Black Jesus and his friends/followers and their adventures. A note of some importance for many of you...I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with very strict religious beliefs of a white Jesus (even though history and geography don't support that). In my experience, you would most likely be highly offended. For anyone else, do yourself a favor, and watch this show. It's one of our favorites!
