What you expect from Borla for your $$$ Great packaging and a direct factory fit- easily assembled with all fasteners included Straight forward directions with pictures to show yow every you need to do. The sound is a bit louder than the other choices- The Atak delivers an aggressive tone and true to promise there is zero drone. Fit and finish are top notch- the black chrome tips are perfect. The entire installation took about 1 1/2 hours with most of the time spent removing the large 1 piece factory exhaust- taking my time I was able to complete removal and install myself using a few different size sockets and 3/8 ratchet- a deep well socket and extension are helpful. Overall I’m pleased with the sound, fit and look- also noticed 2-3 mpg increase on the first highway trip.

This is the best sounding exhaust for any Ecoboost ever. Period. It sounds like an Indy car or something. It has a loud growl on cold start and it absolutely screams in the high rpms. It chills out at idle after it warms up a bit. I get complements and looks all the time when people hear it (not from my neighbors yet for some reason.....). I installed it in my driveway in under an hour and a half including setup, jacking, removal of stock,il installed and fine tuning the tips. I'm no mechanic, but consider myself very handy. I've also done one before on my F150. Your results may very depending on skill/knowledge. The packaging is top notch and fit and finish are second to none. Borla or bust in my opinion. Buy it. Maybe S Type if you want good tone AND a happy neighborhood.
