Review: Nice baking rings - I bought these because I misunderstood a recipe. I thought I needed them for English sourdough muffins but it actually called for round cookie cutters. Oh, well. I saw similar item used of the Cooking channel so if I ever want to make round baked goods I'm ready. They are well made, wash well, hold their shape, and if you were worried about the food sticking to them you could spray with cooking spray.

I bought these to make sourdough crumpets but I think they will also work well for pancakes and English muffins. They seem durable and do their job, but make sure to butter the rings before using or your batter will stick to them.
