Great breakfast replacement, great taste.
It is a great meal replacement especially for breakfast. Taste straight, has all the vitamins and minerals you need to jump start your day. Make sure to try the other flavors that come in, they taste really good for a breakfast replacement in my opinion. Tastes better than Ensure, or Boost! Also recommended the 8 or 10 oz bottles that the product is already pre-made if you're in a super hurry.

My 10 year old loves to drink this at breakfast time. She prefers the chocolate kind. I've tried to get her to drink protein powder mixed with chocolate almond mold milk but she doesn't like that. She loves these individually packed chocolate powder mixed with a glass of plain milk
