So practical and easy to use, this bbq distributes heat evenly and is dishwasher safe. A triumph of engineering, it takes no time to assemble and stands firm. It’s a pleasure to cook on and to look at if you appreciate quality. Better still, it’s made in Germany of high quality stainless steel and will last many years. I started off buying the Fennek light but was so impressed I bought the plate and drip tray which allows me to take it anywhere and grill in safety. It is reassuringly heavy so it might be off the backpacking list unless it’s a day picnic hike. But If it’s quality you’re after, it’s a no-brainer.

One of the best things I’ve ever purchased! It’s just SO satisfying to put together as it’s so superbly engineered and designed (the grill handle is also a bottle opener - nice touch!)Little holes at the bottom of the trough allow for great air flow, so it lights easily and stays burning.It’s a small BBQ, so we did have trouble using a standard size bag of self lighting charcoal (the type where the firelighter is the bag). We ended up setting half the charcoal aside, the bag and remaining charcoal was just about perfect.Cleaning is a bit of a mare, but once you accept you’ll never get it back to bright stainless, it’s fine. We left it in a bucket to soak overnight, then attacked with a sponge and scouring pad, which got rid of the worst. No worse than any other BBQ, I’d say.Fits in a wallet the size of a small laptop and takes up no space on my boat. Stainless steel, so it can live there forever without it corroding away, ready for impromptu beach stops.Literally love this product! Fire pit next. . . .

Love this!!!!! Stainless steel so no rust and can take a rough scourer to clean without damage. Easy to build and is perfect for camping where size is crucial. This is the smaller one and is perfect for one or for two of you do smaller meals where you cook, eat and cook. Really pleased with it. Lost the grill /bottle opener on my first outing but I found the highest setting was perfect for cooking on so no real need to adjust the cooking height once the coals are lit.

This is an aweome little bbq a friend recommended to me . Packs away small and cleans up nice too . Easy to put together and very sturdy. Made very well 👌

I have not used it but got a fennek 2 so this should be the same only smaller for lone fishing trips.

Got this for trips in our campervan but have also used it in the garden. Good for 2 people but you would struggle to cook for any more people than that
