Great for cutting foods/meats. Easy to clean as it easily comes apart. I hand wash as the dishwasher can leave rust spots- done that previously. I would recommend.

Shears are as advertised and in line with Wusthof's quality. After a full year of use, they still look almost new, zero rust despite both hand washing and dishwashing and almost daily use. Have stayed very sharp and cut through any foods/food packaging that we have used them on.Very comfortable to use, ability to take them apart easily for cleaning is amazing.5 stars for sure and highly recommend.

I have the knife set and I love this brand, but don’t put them in the dishwasher as they started to get rust marks. Not sure if it’s my dishwasher that’s doing it or if this is general. But I just hand wash them now instead like the knives. But definitely recommend them.
