I purchased this to wear on a long ride on my motorbike as I always get back ache after about 1 hour in the saddle, particularly if I'm riding motorways where I'm not moving in the saddle as much as A & B roads. Just completed a long hot 5 hour ride with pillion and lots of luggage on the motorway, and my back is feeling great, no aches in my lower back at all. Fantastic! The belt is of good quality construction, wide heavy duty velcro and elastic construction, with a supportive but not restrictive back brace. Infinitely adjustable, comfortable and it didn't make me hot and sweaty where it was worn even on a long hot day.

Didn’t work for me made the pain worse but my husband wears it when doing heavy lifting

Goodness gracious! I twisted my ankle and my back began to hurt shortly after. My muscles were really hurting and I couldn't bend, twist or rotate. I bought this for support during that time. It's great quality, and adjustable. The sizing was accurate. Granted, I recommend putting a vest underneath it to stop any chafing, especially if you're a little cuddly like me. It was easy to figure out, the material feels nice and supple, the support aligns with the back. It takes a little adjusting to get it into the spot you need it, but once it hits, it's really good for undergoing every day tasks like chores and exercising. A sit in it a little too to support my posture. BUT: I don't recommend wearing it for more than six hours. It's great for support and helping you move around, but you need to move without it sometimes else it affects your muscles. I definitely recommend this as someone who experienced muscle injury that lead into tightening and spasms. Thank you!

With different sellers around i just liked the look of this belt from this seller to help with my lower back pain and it was the right choice for me. It is extremely well made, It feels so comfortable, better for my posture and it really eases the pain immensely. I would seriously recommend it.

I have used this product for a while now, although I only use it when I have to carry my dog upstairs. The product is very comfortable to wear. Seeing that I have not used this for the gym on in any other sport I have noticed that the velcro is not sufficiently strong enough to support the little use I use it for. A larger velcro grip is all it would need.

I bought many different kinds to find out the comfortness, of my back because my back all of a sudden weakens and I need acupuncture to relieve other wise I will fall to pull muscle, this lower back support gave me more support, comfort and relieve pain. I will buy again sometime but I prefer Large,

This belt does not provide much support at all. The metal stays in the back are spaced too widely apart and instead of being on my back they are almost to my kidneys. I do have the correct size and it fits decently, but just doesn't provide support. I do like the mesh front, seems like it would breath really well. Lastly the stitching came very frayed in many spots, I would seriously be worried about the longevity of this belt.
