Govee doesn’t even sell their models on here anymore *sigh* Bought robo vacuum and didn’t even open until after the return window (of course) moving into the new address. It was used. Wrapped up nicely, but used. I could tell by the dirt in the filter/container. The moment I went to test it after a 24 hour charge, it would die immediately. I looked and the vacuum switch was already set to “ON” So my theory is someone used it, emptied, returned, and the battery was left on and uncharged all the way from when I bought it till I pulled it out to use it. This battery worked!!! I now have a functioning vacuum!! I was worried this wouldn’t work because it was a tight fit. This battery pack is just slightly larger than the one that was in the vacuum. I had to shimmy it into place but I’m so glad it works… good buy!! Battery holds charge well, and my “new” used robot vacuum purchased as new wasn’t a total waste of money. Thank goodness!

Our vacuum battery died during a 2-year storage. This new battery makes it work like new again. Easy install directions.

Battery lasted about a year. Didn't even use it much and its completely dead. Pathetic.

Started getting solid red light and 4 beeps on my deebot n79s. After doing some checking found that it is an indication that the battery is no longer good. Picked up another brand that claims to have more mah so we will see. Edit: I was surprised when Miguel reached out to me and apologized for my battery going bad. I would definitely reach out to customer service if you have any issues as they have been very nice and accommodating.

Great replacement batteries, have bought them before for the robo vac, battery life last pretty long.
