What is Amazon Prime?: The Complete Guide to Amazon Prime Paperback – March 5, 2014

I was hoping to learn more about the service I have paid for for years. Unfortunately, free shipping, streaming movies, and a one book a month library is it. The were also grammatic errors in the book so a little disappointing there also. If you are looking for an in-depth how to on maximizing the value of your prime membership, this is not the book for you.

"Okay, it met my goal. I got the info I needed. It was formatted as a hard sales pitch. Could have been happier with out that approach. And it was information I could have gotten, or at least should have been able to get, on the Amazon web site for free. But then it cost less than $3 and was readily accessible."

It gives you some good information, but it isn't detailed enough. I wanted a guide to USING Amazon Prime. I could find out what it was by reading the information on line. If you want to know how to use Amazon Prime and the benefits of being a member, I recommend getting your information on the Amazon website.

The guide needs to be updated. Many of the prime benefits are not even mentioned, let alone explained. And I never paid $79 for a year's membership. I bought it as a companion to a gift of a year of prime. It was useless and I decided not to give it to the recipient.

I thought that it might have something that I was unaware of. It was free, but I was still hoping for a surprise. Good old info tho.

This is basically what Amazon has in the FAQ section regarding Amazon Prime, but is ok for a reference on the Kindle to look at and go by if there are any questions.

It's more a pamphlet than a book but it explains Amazon Prime well. So if you are in search of simple info, here it is.

Not much hard information. Just a lot of generalized info.Not worth buying. I wanted specific information about how to use the features of Amazon Prime. I later found all was availible on line, with help readily availible, all for free. Also, it was easier to find at Amazon than in the book. Save your time and money and stay away.

I was hoping for some information on the thinking behind Amazon Prime. Instead it was an extensively repetitive sales booklet. Could have been half the length and given the information you needed rather than making me wade through jibber jabber.

This guide provides useful information and I would recommend it as a useful read for potential Prime customers if you can't be fussed to search for the information online.

Can't think why I need to buy this to find out what it is all about, I suppose in a wierd sense it could be viewed as good value if it saves you wasting money on Prime which I don't now think is for me.
