Leather is a bit thin to start. It seems well stitched and like it should hold up for some time however. The edges have not been burnished very well. You will develop "fuzzies" over time. Look up ways to smooth the edges online. Id also advise you buy a decent leather conditioner as well. Leather can become dried out and crack otherwise.As for fitting, larger knives or multitools for the main pouch. the flashlight holder can hold an Olight i5t securely with clip attached. I assume it could easily fit larger diameter lights as well. Keep in mind however that the i5t does not poke out of the bottom of the sheath, but a longer length light will. Pen slot fits standard Fisher bullet pen securely.All in all, its worth what you pay, and with proper care should last a decent amount of time. If you want better quality the price will be much higher.

Durable and doesn't take up alot of room on the belt line, great value.

Decently thick leather. It's been holding up and patinaing well. I justbwish it had a center belt loop. It tacos in a little bit in the center. Less when you keep your belt extra tight.

Honestly, I sort of new this was a bad buy but I wanted to give it a chance. It’s either to small or too big for the items I need to carry. Not impressed.

Very well made , fits my leatherman wave perfectly, pen slot fits a sharpy marker well , and will fit a flashlight up to 1 inch diameter, leather is a touch on the thin side , but quality leather and stitching, very nice little EDC pouch for contractors or anyone !
