A bit firmer than I had expected, but I've used this putty almost daily for about a year for my therapy on my hand. I love to flatten the putty out on a table, and use it to help me stretch various parts of my hand. It's great for stretching fingers that have retracted after tendon surgery, because the putty adapts to fingers that haven't quite gained as much flexibility as others.

Good quality, easy to use. This is a great product to use to strengthen hands and wrists. Mold it into animal shapes, pinch it, spread it out, squeeze it between fingers. But always get guidance 1st from a certified therapist to ensure proper use. Remember - NEVER allow putty to sit on any porous surface like cloth - it will seep into the surface and never come out.
