The UPS is really good and their customer support team is exceptional. The battery life is good and the compact size you can make it sit anywhere near the Wi-Fi router. If you face any problem then just contact the support team and they will resolve it immediately. Overall I am quite satisfied with the product.

I am using the product since 2 years. But last month it stopped working and when I filled complaint against same, I received replacement with 5 days. The backup is good. Service is also good. Recommended if you have frequent power cut issue.

A great product to support your wifi router in the event of prolonged power cut. It is small, looks nice, Good design and do it works perfectly. Great power backup of 4 hours make it really usefull and must have product for wifi router. It comes with required connector, just need to connect it between power adapter and router and you are done.

Initial days powerback was there for 30mins to 45mins. It's been more than a year. Now hardly it comes for 10mins. Other wise the product is good. Doesn't server for extended hours as they mention in product.

Purchased in Jun 2024. Worked for 3 hours at the beginning for a few months, capacity dropped to 1.5 hours after around 6-7 months. As of Today Dec 2025, it is hardly 10 mins now. Fulfilled my need well during the warranty period, but long term reliability could be an issue. Customer support is on WhatsApp only, they are responsive but do not commit that the new replacement device will give 4 hours of backup. Customer care Lady told me today that I will get somewhere from 51 minutes to 4 hours of backup with the new device at a lower cost of 1049 rs. Not buying again though. Good product of course, do as it says, but only for the first year..
