Easy and Solid
These pumps are a great unit. They are extremely simple to install in a home or industrial setting. Where many circulation pumps are expensive, these are a great value with a long life expectancy of 15-20 years (I have been replaving 17 year old pumps of the same make and brand in my home). Once installed, they don’t leak thanks to the strong metal and thick gaskets. Definitely worth it if they fit your heating system.

This pump was exactly what I needed perfect fit and installed easily….

Straight forward install.
Replaced like for like, the previous Grundfos was more than 15 years old. Fits like a charm. Easy install. Needed to plug into an external timer though. Also the gasket was not included.

I got a lemon, no help given.
Pump worked less than a year, probably only used it 5 or 6 months and it's broken. Pump allows water in but will not pump out, there is now a loud cranking noise and high pitched noise coming from it when it tries to turn on. I have messaged the seller 3 times in the last 2 weeks and no response.
