Not a good qualiy item.
More than 15 moxa sticks were pushed down into the paper pillow, and sticky bottom is easily peeled together with paper remnant and cannot be used.

Small moxa but nice heat for 10 minutes
This tiny moxa lasts about 10 minutes and it is easy to clean up since the ashes will stay in shape so not flying ash around. Also this one doesn’t have intense smoke so if you do it in the house it wouldn’t be too difficult to breathe. The bottom is able to stick on my skin while I move a little bit which is very convenient. One star I deducted is because some of the moxa got loose and the sticker no longer having the adhesive so I had to throw those away.

Great therapy
I find these great to use for arthritis at the base of my thumb. The heat feels great and I'm able to regulate the heat by tilting my hand at different angles.
