Fertilizer stick for my blue spruce trees
An old fella once told me these are the best to use for Evergreens. I so agree with him! These are a good price too!

Work great
I have used these for years. I usually use them in the fall and again in the spring. They are easy to use and work well. My orange trees grow great with them. I have used them on tangareen and lemon trees also.

Not sure if it is working
I have a 6" cliper maple which is not doing well. It is trying to grow in somewhat heavy clay soil.Used this lasy May - 6 spikes along the drip line. No obvious improvement it the tree.It is now January andI can see by the color of the grass that the fertilizer has only spread out in about a 6" circle from where I placed the spikes. I think I will need to do some core aeration and broadcast fertilizer next year. Note: This would probably work better with sandy soil.

Lemon tree loves them
I bought a Meyer Lemon tree and then learned I need to feed it regularly. Didn't feel like mixing a water based food, or doing it weekly so I got these spikes. So far, my tree loves them. I'm actually starting to get lemon buds and flowers! I was expecting to have nothing for the first season.
