Better than the regular (non-heirloom) seeds. Very fresh. No brown seeds. Very dark green. Tasty. Works well as stand alone, baked into cookies or hamburgers. Versatile. Find your own way of utilizing them!

These are great
Have purchased numerous bags of these. So much better than what you find in the grocery store. These are the heirloom variety which is plumper, more tender, tastier, more satisfying. Unseasoned and lets the flavor carry through.

Don't buy it
I don't find it that tasty but the thing is, I prefer health to taste. It depends on the person. The seeds are larger than most seeds and feel difficult to chew and digest.

Tastes great toasted on the stove in a skillet. Fresh. Great price. Doesn’t come from China. Store in the fridge to keep fresh. These seeds are a delicious snack. They crisp up in a hot skillet. Shake the pan over the heat so they don’t burn.

These are really tasty! I put them in salads, oatmeal, stews, and pop them into my mouth like candy. They are that good (and much better for me than candy!)
