KitchenAid Asteroid Pot Holder 2-Pack Set, Pebbled Palm Green, 6.5"x10"

I've been very happy with this KitchenAid 2-pack of pot holders. They're thick enough to protect my hands from hot dishes while still being flexible and easy to use. The silicone grip helps keep a secure hold on baking pans and cookware, and the pocket design makes them comfortable to slip on quickly. I also like that they're machine washable and have a hanging loop for easy storage. They look great in my kitchen and feel well made. Overall, these are a nice combination of style, quality, and everyday functionality.

Oh I love these!! The color is so vibrant!! And I really like the shape! The oval is so much more convenient than the standard square style! The grips are great and the thickness is perfect!

These KitchenAid pot holders are great quality and exactly what I expected. They’re thick, sturdy, and provide excellent heat protection when taking items out of the oven or off the stove. The size is perfect for everyday use, and they feel comfortable and secure in your hand. I also love the Blue Willow color — simple but really pretty in the kitchen. A reliable, well-made set that I’d definitely buy again.

I think worth buying even if it were a little more expensive. Quality/Durability ***** (5 stars) Duration of use: 2 years Good quality, stitching is tight (no loose threads). Haven't burned my hands on anything yet. Decent grip Ease of Use/Assembly/Install: ***** (5 stars) This was the first "hybrid" type potholder we bought. It provides excellent protection from the heat, even for pans that are ripping hot. The silicone is not as forgiving as cloth, so when gripping something heavy or large, I usually still opt for gloves (to ensure a more secure grip). But for everything else, I usually turn to these. Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: ***** (5 stars) These are definitely useful! Have them scattered between the oven and the toaster oven. They look great, are heavy duty and seem to clean up ok. I just checked ours and there are no obvious stains on it.

Really nice. Well made. Thick. With one side having grips so you can more safely grab pans.

UPDATE - 08/22/2024 Removing the finger stitching from one glove didn't make any difference when using. These pads are good, but use caution when handling really hot pans. I use my cast iron pans in a hot over, 400 to 420 degrees, and find these pads allow heat to penetrate quickly. Use caution if you are cooking at high temps, or get a thicker pad. So far I really like these hot pads. They prevent slipping when handling a heavy, cast iron pan hot from the the oven. I can feel the warmth, but it prevents the heat from reaching my hands. At first I found it awkward to slip my hands inside the glove. I have gotten used to that, and the mitts have gotten more flexible from use. Since they are mitts and my hand is inside, it protects the top of my hand as well. I am not sure the stitched finger divider is needed, so I carefully removed the stitching from one mitt to try it out. If I like it better I will remove the stitching from the other mitt. They are much more heat resistant than my old double terry cloth hot pads. Still evaluating the mitt construction instead of a glove construction with a thumb. I want to try the glove version of this hot pad, but am concerned about the reviews stating the stitching comes loose.

Love these, FYI- they are not as pictured with grey trim, but instead they are solid blue.

I have a women's medium sized hand and I love these oven mitts. However, my tall husband has big hands and cant use these like I can. ((Which is fine for me because they'll last a lot longer if he's not using them while grilling or cooking - haha!)) I would buy again. The color is beautiful!

Beautiful pot holders, very nice pastel green (pistacchio), easy to use and protects from the heat. A bit pricey but it is worth it.
