No it cant bond with metal, lsr-220 is only used for mold making

What is the mixing ratio?

3-5℅(as adviced) by weight of the rubber works well in both brush coating and pouring//while Lower ratio I'd advice for first layer brush coating followed by higher compensating the setting time for bigger projects... Hope it helps!
