Purchased after sprained my wrist at the gym. Good quality, adjustable so fits well. Holds cold temperature wellWould recommend

Perfect for a Boxing injury
This is brilliant we were using frozen peas lol however this is so simple to use , he uses after boxing as has a ongoing issue with his wrist . easy to store in freezer , comfortable to wear . and stays cold for ages . Thanks so much great item and great value .

Fab but could be better
The product is lovely & big, I’d say the measurements are accurate. Nice & comfy to wear, I just wish the gel pack would stay colder for longer. The gel pack had been in my freezer all day, after 5 minutes wearing the support it feels like the pack is back to room temperature. Would recommend just wish it would last longer.

Good for muscle pain but hard to use
Bought this for a sore wrist. Heat pack is microwaveable however a few seconds too long and it starts to melt. Ours only lasted a few goes before the pack needs binning

Fantastic weust support
This cold wrist support has been amazing in controlling my pain. I used it every night for about 30 mins. It completely shocks the sore area. Very effective. Quality of Velcro is good.
