Excellent pan
This encouraged good even baking and therefore a great finished product. I did grease and flour the pan and that gave a nice smooth finished appearance ready for frosting. Also came with instructions which were really easy to understand - icing consistency, tube sizes images of what the tubes effects are and of course an example of a finished product. Not that everything has to be followed verbatim but it's nice to have a jump off point.
