It’s Dinner Time at Our House: Easy Keto Cooking with Dat Keto Lady

If you are just starting keto and want to replace some non keto meals into your weekly rotation or just want very simple recipes -( that literally anyone can cook) this is your cookbook! I have followed dat keto lady for about a year. Yes, some of her recipes are basic. But if you are a busy mom or not a genius in the kitchen then you will use this book DAILY! I own many keto cookbooks and their recipes are very creative and inspired- but Christy’s cooking is a no frills, tastes freaking delicious kind of creator. I live in the Midwest in a rural community sometimes finding ingredients can be hard- even with shipping options. With Christy’s cookbook you can go to the Walmart, Costco or Aldis and find most if not all of the ingredients you need to create her meals. Her meals are easily going to be incorporated in our weekly rotation. Tried her Tamale Pie and loved it.

I have been following more low carb, not necessarily keto. I have been following Dat Keto Lady on Instagram and also bought her Big Easy Keto e-cookbook a while back. Her food is great. My whole family loves her recipes and she cooks "normal.". Basically, all the ingredients I can usually find at Walmart. The recipes are easy, quick and taste amazing! I love that this was available as a physical book. I printed out the other e-book, but this was even easier. I feel like she is very relatable as a budgeting stay at home mom, trying to make healthy choices the entire family enjoys. She eats everything on paper plates, too! We like, could be best friends with so much in common lol!

I follow Dat Keto Lady on her website and social media. Her site was a recommendation from a friend. Best advice ever. Being from New Orleans I love food; fast forward a few pounds and I have found myself on every diet possible with no success for weight loss. Finding the Keto way of eating and Dat Keto Lady's recipes has been a huge game changer in my overall health and wellness. I own both her e-book and It's Dinner Time at Our House. What I love about the cookbooks are the simplicity of the layout and recipes. Meals that are family friendly. There is a photo with each recipe and they taste great. Keto made with care. Thank you Christy for giving us a healthy taste of home.

This cook book is amazing 👏I bought her previous e cookbook and always use it so when I seen she had a new one hardcover I bought it the first day it was out. I've already made the cornbread muffins and lasagna. So delicious. I love her recipes because I no longer have to make more then one meal she makes keto so simple and so delicious. I made an extra batch of lasagna for my non keto family members and they were blown away lol they said if this is keto I'm on board. My kids love her recipes which is a mom win for me. Can't wait for her dessert cook book 😋

I have been following Christy on Instagram and youtube for some time now. Her recipes are simple, straight forward, with normal, easy to find ingredients and they taste great. Even people who do not follow Keto will like her food. Christy has a friendly, easy going style and her videos are a pleasure to watch. I bought her first e-book cook book when it first came out and really enjoyed all the tasty recipes. I was so glad that her second cook book was also available in print and couldn't wait to get it. Very happy with this purchase.

Omg I recently started keto lifestyle and have been struggling with recipes so I searched on Google and a couple of different Instagram pages popped up and hers cought my eye and I'm so happy I found her thank you for your time and patience you put into helping others who are struggling with weight loss and being healthy in general

I LOVE this cookbook! I did the chicken tenders recipe last night and it was so easy and delicious. Way better than regular chicken tenders. I did the corn dog bake over the weekend and it was perfect for the kids! I have planned out my next few recipes for the week and I can’t wait. Her first book was great, this one is amazing!

Great book as was the first one which was an e-book. This current one is available in both formats.Easy simple recipes that are amazingly delicious.Some of the ingredients aren’t available in Australia however I’ve not found it to be a problem as it’s easy to substitute.You won’t regret this purchase and you don’t have to be Keto to enjoy these recipes.This lady is very talented!Ps Check her out on Instagram, her first book is available from here for a very low price. My favourite recipe in that one is the meatballs. You won’t believe how easy they are to make!!
