Yes. It may even grow fuller. I know it helped me alot when I had a patch from hair falling out. Now you can not tell where I had the patch.

Q: Is this good for hair with hair extension ?

It's definitely good for scalp, edges and tips. I haven't used it with extentions but I like the way it makes my scalp feel after a wash and for every day moisture. Hope this helps!

Q: Can I leave this in overnight?

Yes. It’s an oil for your hair and scalp. It’s not meant to be rinsed out.
