These are made in China. I watched a Youtube video review of this exact product and it had the box in the background. It listed Made in China on the packaging. The company BUNKER INDUST has operations in Texas, but they are not manufactured there.

Can standard mounting pins for traction boards (like maxxtraxx) be used to mount these?

Yes they should fit on standard mounting pins

Does it works on 24 foot class C RV?

I anticipate no issues as long as the board lays flat. Worked seamlessly to get an F150 unstuck.

What is stronger for bridging 2- rt7s or 1 rt9.

Lots of unknown physics variables in your question; e.g. length of span, vehicle weight, pier material, etc. I recommend using these only to augment traction and build a footing of debris to lay this on. If that won’t do, get metal treads rated for you vehicle weight.
