These LED puddle lights from the RZG store are excellent quality and provide a super bright spread of light.Obviously these puddle lights are made and supplied to fit the various vehicle models in the description title but they have so many other uses too, they are perfect for caravans or bespoke campervan conversions which is where this pair are being utilised.Being LED lamps with a very low energy draw they are so versatile and a really good first choice option for classic vehicles that may have a lower output charging system which can easily reach its limit with additional loads being added.With the quality and versatility of these lamps the usage options are really unlimited, if you are looking for O.E.M. replacements or a low energy 12v lighting option for your project then these are well worthy of first choice consideration.A firm five out of five stars for quality, performance and price.

They state that these fit my car but they would need to be a square to fit and these are round. I trusted that the description without checking first, but as these clearly say that are for my car i did not check.

Nice Bright Little LED lamps, although these are meant for a specific use on Fords they are quite versatile and can be used for other lighting situations, in my case I thought they would make great little engine bay lights, I will have to fabricate some kind of holder as they are designed to clip into a recess, but that's not a problem.

The fittings are different to original. They were extremely difficult to install, one side is only holding on with friction and not the clip. And worried it will break if I push it anymoreOtherwise the light itself is nice and bright. Much nicer than the original yellow

This pair of LED puddle lights is great quality and is also good value. They are well made, work well and are very bright. They are easy to install and im very pleased with how well they work. I'm very pleased with them and would reccomend them.

These are a direct replacement for the wing mirror lamps in a Ford Focus; and are known as Puddle Lamps because they illuminate the ground you will step on as you get out of the car: hopefully avoiding puddles. There is a list of other vehicles which these lamps should fit, and a list of part-numbers they ought to replace.The lamps are very bright, polarity free and the only issue I had was prising out the old lamps. I ended up cracking one of them. These new ones were a press-fit but I think they will be even harder to remove than the originals. This is not the fault of the lamps of course as they are merely copying the shape of the original equipment.The lamps are not cheap, but they should never need replacing. In a car, for practical purposes, energy saving using LEDs is an irrelevance. Their great virtue lies in longevity. However, unlike most domestic LED lamps, there is no prediction of how long these lamps will last and warranty information is lacking.

I couldn't wait for the first dry day in ages to fit these great looking LED puddle lights to the underside of the door mirrors of my Mk III Ford Focus Estate. However, the lenses on the lights on the underside of the door mirrors on my car square, and quite a bit larger than the diameter of these lights which would mean I'd be fitting a round light into a square hole leaving four small holes at the corners that could let water inside the mirror housing unless filled or siliconed into place, which is something I'm not willing to do for obvious, cosmetic reasons. The only other alternative would be to drill out the middle of the square lens and push these lamps into the resulting holes, but I think drilling the middles out of the lenses would severely weaken them to the point where they crack and fall out.Very disappointed. 3 stars

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf den Artikel "RZG 2x Seitenspiegel Pfützenleuchte weiß für C-Max EcoSport Edge Focus III Galaxy IV Kuga Mondeo V Ranger TKE" (ASIN: B08FT8TMJP), den ich als "Vine-Voice" testen durfte (s.u.).Verpackung, Deklaration, Anleitung---------------------------------------------------Die kleinen Seitenspiegel-Leuchten kommen, nicht ungewöhnlich für No-Name-Produkte "made in China", neutral in einer kleinen Schachtel verpackt (also ohne Hersteller- oder Markenangaben auf Produkt oder Verpackung), auch eine Anleitung zur Montage, eine Liste passender Modelle oder Entsprechungen zu Ford OEM-Teilenummern sucht man vergeblich. Volle Sterne kann es dafür schon mal nicht geben - ganz ehrlich, wenn ich die Katze im Sack kaufen möchte aus unbekannter Quelle, gehe ich zu Temu. Eine deutschsprachige Deklaration nebst Anleitung ist das Mindeste, was man bei elektronischem Pkw-Zubehör bei Amazon erwarten darf.Elektrik, Unterschied zum Original---------------------------------------------------Leider verbaut Ford auch in den späten 2010er-Jahren noch Umfeldleuchten mit funzelig-gelblichen Glühbirnchen, so z. B. im Mondeo, Focus III oder Galaxy. Eigentlich ein Unding in Fahrzeugen, die teilweise sogar schon mit adaptiven LED-Scheinwerfern, und regelmäßig mit LED-Innenraumleuchten, -rücklichtern, -Blinkern usw. ausgerüstet sind.Der Unterschied in der Helligkeit ist immens - hatte ich das schwache Birnchen unter dem Seitenspiegel zuvor kaum bemerkt, so strahlt es jetzt schön hell und beleuchtet vor allem im Dunkeln das Fahrzeugumfeld - allerdings kaltweiß und ungemütlich.Hat das Originalteil die Kontakte direkt am Gehäuse, sind sie beim hier bewerteten LED-Ersatz mit einigen cm Kabel verbunden - das ist nicht unpraktisch und gibt etwas mehr Spiel beim Einbau, vor allem, wenn die Originalkontakte korrodiert waren und die Steckklemmen an den fahrzeugseitigen Kabeln ersetzt werden mussten. Es führt allerdings dazu, dass sich die ungeschützten Steckverbindungen nun bei oder nach der Montage berühren und einen Kurzschluss verursachen könnten. Das gilt es zu vermeiden, daher sollte man die Steckverbindungen unbedingt isolieren, z. B. mit selbstverschweißendem Klebeband, bevor man die Kabel ins Spiegelinnere stopft.Austausch und Passgenauigkeit---------------------------------------------------Der Ausbau des OEM-Teils gelingt mit einem schmalen Schraubenzieher, an der Seite, wo sich die größere Ausbuchtung befindet ist auch der kleine Kunststoffclipser, wo man ansetzen und das Lämpchen heraushebeln kann. Ein Birnenwechsel ist im Originalteil übrigens offenbar nicht vorgesehen - man kann es nur komplett ersetzen und das haben wir ja auch vor.Der LED-Ersatz (zum Anschluss siehe oben!) lässt sich allerdings nicht ohne weiteres an gleicher Stelle einclipsen, bei näherem Hinsehen zeigt sich, dass der kleine Nuppsel gegenüber dem beweglichen Clip etwas anders geformt ist als beim Original. Ein paar Mal mit einer schmalen Feile drübergehen und quer eine kleine Nut einfräsen wie beim Original hat geholfen.Fazit---------------------------------------------------Die Passgenauigkeit ist verbesserungswürdig, die Helligkeit super, wenn auch kaltweiß, und es gibt keinen Diffusor, so dass sich die einzelnen LED im Fahrzeuglack spiegeln. Bei Montage sollten die Kontakte isoliert werden, um einen Kurzschluss zu vermeiden. Für ein billig wirkendes Noname-Produkt ohne Anleitung oder Deklaration ist der aufgerufene Preis (aktuell 22,45 €) m.
