Well made and great way to get good cuts

Wasn't sure about this at first but it fit perfectly and performs as described. I have a Primeweld plasma cutter with the AG60 torch and this fit perfectly.

I used this on a PrimeWeld CUT50DP with an AG-60 torch. The parts are of good quality and design but not an exact match for holding onto the ceramic cup and the wheels are too big in diameter so that plasma tip is 1/16 " too high off the cutting surface. I replaced the wheels with 1.25in fender washers which brought it close to the proper stand-off height but they still needed to be ground to a 1.08 in. diameter.. Just be careful when attaching the tool to the torch because it can be crooked if not seated straight. Once it's set up correctly it makes great circular cuts and I couldn't ask for a better tool. My Plasma cutter has a Pilot Arc for starting and it will not start the arc in a drag tip configuration because of the 1/16in gap. Your plasma cutter results may vary.

Buy one with a magnet in the center. Also it only fits smaller amp cutters

Well built but a little too large for the AG-60 torch. Inside diameter was to loose but only came with two set screws, I drilled and tapped two additional holes, now I have three screws at 120 degrees apart and added slightly longer screws to center it. Have not used it yet but it is steady and doesn’t rock as with only two screws. Also changed to smaller washers to put the tip at 1/8” from the work surface. Gave it a try on 1/4” plate and works like a charm.

This thing is definitely built to last. I mostly bought it to use as a guide for straight cuts...with the bonus of having a compass too. It fits the pilot arc style ag60 ceramic perfectly. When you first put it on, it looks like it is too high....[edited bit] and it is. It needs smaller wheels. I will grind them smaller. I would definitely buy again if they change the wheel size..but because it is so well built, I won't need to.

Fit my 20 amp HF plasma cutter head. Needed to use smaller wheels to keep arc alive on the material being cut. Cut down and drilled out some washers to fit, as others have done.

Las ruedas son muy grandes y no deja abrir el arco de plasma sin contacto. La verdad que es una pena tener que devolverlo ya que tiene unos acabados estupendos
