Darbuka Drum like a tattoo, you want more
I love my Darbuka drum. It's beautiful,it's light weight and it sound wonderfull. Im amazed of its rich tones. Big sound. I introduced my Egyptian drum to all jonre of music He didn't mind one bit. I love my Darbuka drum. Next on my list is a Arabic and Turkish darbuka drum. You know you want one so just order one today.

Good drum, I was worried for how cheap it was
Has a good sound it's a lot of fun. I just need to remember to shut my windows before I play at 10pm or I won't have many friends in the neighborhood.

Darbuka itself is good but packaging was awaful
Darbuka is quite good but they used scotch on the membrane to attach the key and I spent at least half an hour trying to remove the stickiness (left on the surface after I tore off scotch) and not to scratch the membrane. Why did you do that? There is plenty of space on the inside of darbuka to scotch the key.

Straight from Turkey, and an excellent value
My daughter is a musician, and has wanted a Darbuka for a while now. Her birthday today, and she hasn't stopped playing it...This Darbuka was shipped directly from the manufacturer in Turkey, and thus carries some serious authenticity. (And is was an amazing bargain, 1/2 the cost of many other similar drums. One more thing, the photo truly doesn't do the etched design justice. It's a beautiful instrument, and will look great in its new home. Highly recommended for your favorite drummer!
