Excellent, heavy duty anodized non-stick cookware!
We had a bunch of super-cheap, random, non-stick pots and pans with a fairly traditional smooth Teflon-style non-stick coating. They were thin aluminum and the coating had begun to flake and scratch, some were dented and due to poor weighting, didn't sit evenly flat on the cooking surface.I did quite a bit of research before purchasing these Ninja Foodi NeverStick pots and pans, and this was absolutely the right solution for us. This 12-piece set had almost everything we were looking for and while not cheap, was the right price point for a quality set of cookware.Having used it now for a couple of months, here are my thoughts:- This stuff is not flimsy, thin, lightweight, or cheap feeling. These are thick-walled and dense and almost feel more akin to cast iron in the surface texture. (They are definitely lighter than cast iron, but heavier than thin-walled cheap aluminum.)- This cookware does require preheating (for the non-stickiness to work well,) and because of the extra material, it does take a bit longer to heat up to temp, but I would say it heats very evenly as a result, and makes cooking far more consistent.- Our lids are the "stackable" kind with the round nesting knob handles, and I do like that they can be shared between the pots and pans. In hindsight, however, the stacking feature of the lids wasn't really all that practical, as while the lids are "pretty" when stacked up, you inevitably need whatever isn't on top, and so have to pull them all apart every time you use them anyway. I'm still looking for a good cupboard organizer to slot the lids into sideways so they are all always easily available.- The one feature I would have liked to have seen, that comes in other brands of cookware but not these, were vent holes in the lids. It hasn't been a big issue, and I haven't had issues with gurgling lids or boil-overs, but having a steam vent in the lids would be nice.- The "non-stickiness" of this cookware is better than I expected. When I felt the texture of the cookware, I thought "how could this be non-stick?," and the first egg I tried to cook without oil or butter was a definitely mess, but I hadn't pre-heated the pan, and apparently that matters. When I tried again, and the pan was fully pre-heated, it worked flawlessly. I have used butter and oil with no problems as well, but be aware that you should not use cooking spray with these, however. (Apparently you shouldn't use cooking spray with ANY non-stick cookware. Who knew?)- Cleanup of this cookware has been easy, and while Ninja says this cookware is dishwasher safe, I have seen reviews where reviewers have said that the bases may become discolored if you wash them in the dishwasher (likely due to the reactivity of the aluminum with harsher detergents,) so we have been handwashing these to keep them looking nice. That said, I do already see some discoloration on a few of the bottoms, probably a result of occasional spillage on the cooking surface. I'm sure some Bartender's Friend and a good scrub would polish them right up. The only other note I had on this was that the rivets are an area where it might be more difficult to remove sticky food like eggs. The cooking surfaces have been very easy to clean and still look good.- We are babying this cookware a bit as I am still unsure how durable the anodized surfaces are. Ninja recommends putting paper towels between them when stacked, which we aren't doing, but I do take a little extra caution when taking these out and putting them away not to bang or scrape them together too much. Ninja also says that metal utensils may be used with these, but we already had nylon utensils, and I am skeptical enough that I wouldn't risk using metal unless I absolutely had to.Overall, I am very happy with this cookware, and I think it was a great investment for our kitchen!

Excellent
Wonderful! I love this set. The pots and pans are nice and thick, but not too heavy. Absolutely nothing sticks to them. No matter what you cook, you can easily wipe out with a paper towel! You can even use metal utensils with no problem, just nothing sharp.I’ve had other, more expensive, pots and pans, but these are the best of all of them.I do wish that there were additional ones of different sizes available.I highly recommend this set.

My favorite pans!
We received a pan of this style as a gift prior to buying this whole set. I hated having pans which were hard to clean and didn’t maintain their look/appeal. These are amazing and look forward to using these when in the kitchen!

Far exceeded expectations!
By far the best cooking set I have owned to date! This set is better than my old Nonstick pans and beats them at their own game by a mile. Cleaning is very easy by hand or in the dishwasher. The look is classy and the color fits in with almost any appliance. Capacities are right where they need to be and the safety aspects with no nonstick chemicals is a no brainer for me. Love these pans!

Don't waste your Money!!!
I am finally getting around to review these pans because I wanted to wait and see how durable they were. I purchased this set in 2022. It took me months to decide on which set and brand I wanted because of the cost of a new set. I had my previous set of pots and pans for at least 20 years. They were still in decent shape, but it was time for something new. When I received them I was happy because they appeared to be sturdy and well made.I read the instructions very carefully and followed them. I only used silicon or rubber spatulas (never any metal) when cooking. Before washing I always waited for the pans to cool off. Never had to do this with my old pans, but per the instructions I did it. I also only hand washed these pans. After about a year I noticed small little nics on the bottom of the 8 inch, 10 inch, 3 1/2 qt and 4 qt pans/potsI was pretty upset because of the money I spent on this set, a year in and they were already looking so worn.By the summer of 2024 I had to throw out my 8 inch fry pan, 1 1/2 qt, 2 1/2 qt and my 4 qt pots because the coating was so bad, chipped and peeling.Well a few months ago I finally had to throw out my 10 inch pan. I should of taken pictures of the others I threw out. Here you can see the bad quality of these pans. I've had so many pots in my life and this has never happened ever.I am so mad that NINJA brand would have such horrible pans.If I could give a zero rating I would. What a waste of money!

Preheat for nonstick
The best cookware I have ever bought and used. It took a bit of practice to get used to the preheating so the pans are nonstick, but patience pays off. Clean up is super easy- nothing has stuck yet!
