Direct Connection to the Best Picture Quality with ease
I wish more people knew these existed. I always thought you had to use a TV switcher box to connect an Atari or Colecovision to a TV. Nope. It works as a straight through connection. And because it's a direct source, picture quality is the best it can possibly be from the console to the TV. It fits snugly on the TV and the RCA jack of the console, so there is no play and no noise. And it worked with the Atari 2600, Intellivision, Colecovision, and NES that I tested both on a CRT and a modern 4K TV.

Great
Exactly what I needed. I no longer need multiple different connections to connect my Atari to my 1950's threaded coaxial T.V. They work great & are of quality material.

Works great for vintage computers/games
Some vintage computers output TV signal at channel 2 or 3. Some of these came with switcher boxes that spliced into old analog tv antenna connections. Well most of that is no longer, and often people lose these switchers. Your cable TV port is 75 ohm, and if you have a vintage computer or game system that just has an RCA style output (like a speaker plug outlet) these are generally 75 ohm outputs that are compatible with the coax input. These adapters are inexpensive and work very well. I've used these with my Atari and TI 99/4a computers to a more modern LCD tv which supported cable tv coax and analog tv signal input.

Vintage RF to Coax
These actually work to convert the RF signal to coax. Unfortunately, the coax signal still has artifacts, so the image is not as clear as I had hoped. Some of the text on my Harmony cart are hard to read as a result on my CRT.

It does what it says! Buy these for your old electronics!
These types of things used to be available every day at your local hardware store. Not anymore. They don’t do anything like that anymore, unless you need cellphone accessories or usb or HDMI cables, they have no idea what you’re talking about. “What’s RF cable?” I was asked. Anyway the old Atari and micro computer RF switcher boxes were never great, but they worked. Those have all but rusted away now, and the best you can get to replicate that look on an old CRT television are these RF to coax connectors. And they work much better than the old rusty switch box! Simple to use, plug it into you RF cable on your old system, screw it on to the cable connector on your old CRT or even a modern HD tv and play your old 8 bit or less gaming and computing devices! That’s connectivity! Late 1980’s style, and includes real 1980s picture quality! These seem a bit too small, and could be easily lost if disconnected and reconnected frequently. So I suggest don’t do that. Play more Atari or Colecovision or Intellivision or Bally Astrocade or compute on your Commodore 64 or TI 99 4A if you must. You can live your life in Tandy land! The barriers are your own imagination and only 48k of ram! Yes, I highly recommend these. Don’t mod that old system! Just hook it up to your old TV and play your video games or run your old micro computer the way it was intended. Remember: Once you go down the HDTV path, forever will it dominate your destiny.

Did the job

Did what it needed to do.
I had an old Fairchild console and it output RF through a wire that wasn't a coax. This converted it to a coax and was showing the console screen. Worked great!
