Purchased for a local Veteran's Center. Worked well right out of the box.

We purchased this brewer for our teacher's lounge. It had been almost a full year since we'd had a Bunn coffee maker. Initially, we were renting one (with coffee, filters, etc.) from a beverage company to the tune of about $400.00 a month. Our principal decided that was crazy, and out the door it went. In came a plain old Mr. Coffee, and if you weren't first to the pot in the morning, you were basically out of luck. It took forever to brew a pot, and with only one pot available, well, it just didn't do the job. So, we decided to purchase one. This is an awesome machine. It hooks directly to the water, so you always have hot water - a must for our tea and hot chocolate drinkers. The display tells you how long it will take to brew a pot (around 3 minutes - plenty of time to brew and get a cup during a 5 minute passing period), and with Subscribe and Save, we will never run out of filters, sugar, creamer, or stir sicks. Now we have happy caffeinated teachers! The seller shipped quickly and the packaging was great! Happy teachers make for happy kids...mostly...until testing...

I had nothing but problems, since I purchased this unit over a year ago. I’ve paid over $600 for service calls. Don’t purchase this unit specifically if you have hard water w/ a filter. Please pass this unit up!

This is great. 2min 30 seconds to brew a pot. Instant hot water has very low volume, the steam gets a little warm trying to pour 1 cup. If hot water poured faster or red level was redesigned to be not directly over spot it would be 5 star! Worth the money if you coffee maker never takes a break like mine.

Through the years we have purchased at least a dozen Bunn coffee makers, burners, etc. This one has an interesting arrangement for the burners and it can handle three carafes at a time. Very good design!

We got this in for our church, connected it to a waterline, set up a drain line, and it takes about 2 1/2 minutes to make a pot of coffee with a one touch of a button. Oh yes, of course you have to put the grounds in.

Careful. This model has no power switch. So if you are closed, it will stay heated. Total waste of electricity.

This replaced and older unit that stopped working. This model is awesome and easy to use. And so far it's firefighter proof and that's saying something.
