Got this to replace an OtterBox Defender that I got along with the phone. The rubber inner case had gotten too worn and wasn't fitting properly anymore. This one is great because it doesn't have that design so it will never get worn out. It is lighter and has a much slimmer profile. It also feels just as durable so I don't feel like I sacrificed anything. I'm very pleased with this so far.

I got a Samsung S20 FE phone recently and wanted an Otterbox case and hard to find for this particular phone, not sure why....but I did locate this slimmed version of Otterbox and ordered 2 of them. They are less bulky than my prior Otterbox cases on my prior smartphone, but I really prefer bulkier stronger cases than slim cases and hope this slim skinny Otterbox protects my smartphone well enough. I have a screen protector on also for a bit more "drop protection". Easy to install and actually looks good. I very rarely remove cases on smartphones unless they either cracked or I get a newer smartphone. Overall, I'd rate this 4 of 5 stars, mainly due to it's slimness and not sure how durable over the long run this case will be on this or any smartphone.

This cases are definite must have for my Samsung phone. Very durable and held up well for a long time. It finally wore out and cracked on the side and the Otter Box warranty replacement is easy and outstanding service. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered an Otterbox Symmetry case for my Samsung S20 FE. It was shipped the next day and arrived in North Queensland a few days later via a tracked delivery. I couldn't ask for the more perfect service. As for the product, I have owned several Otterbox cases over the last 14 years and there is a reason for that. They do their job well and this one will likely last me the lifetime of my phone.

Classic hardcase, it's slim pickings when it comes to the S20 fe. OtterBox only sells the symmetry and defender for this version of Samsung. I purchased the defender originally, the defender is bulky, and surprisingly heavy. When I bought my original case the symmetry case wasn't available. I'm a big user of phone rings and I am so over the moon that I can use a phone ring/grip on this case and I've attached the sinjimoru removable grip so that I can still use the case with my wireless charger while using a grip. I'm so happy about this because the defender is rubberized and absolutely nothing and I mean literally nothing sticks to it (3m, gorilla grip expoxy, e6000). If you use a grip/ring/popsocket you'll want the symmetry case. This case works perfectly with my wireless charger even with the bracket attached for my phone grip. I do agree with what a few people said, the lip on the sides and when the camera is need to be raised especially if you have tempered glass screen protectors on them.
