I really like this pillow. The Sealy that I purchased at BJ's was just garbage. It got all lumpy after just a few months. Thid Ghost pillow is very comfortable and I sleep great with it. I can recommend this.

We wanted a bit firmer pillow and these are great. Good quality material. Smooth surface makes it easy to put into the pillowcase.

The pillow itself is nice and supportive but the polyester cover does not keep you cool. It would be nice if they were covered in a natural fabric like high thread count Egyptian cotton. They are a fat pillow, so finding a wide fit pillow case isn’t easy. If you stuff it in a skinny pillowcase, it takes away from the firm yet supportive feel, and props the neck up too high. For the money it’s a good pillow, but it missed the mark for me. I didn’t return them so may see if a friend wants them or may try to sew a new cover.

Arrived on time and easy to unpack. Took a few hours to fully decompress. Nice that you can adjust the filling inside to fit your preference.

Pillow is basically almost flat. I suspect this is because the version 2.0 which was delivered dates back to 2021-2022. Current models are not advertised as "adjustable pillow 2.0". New models contain different fill and are advertised as made in the USA. The box these pillows were in says the pillows were made in China.

I’ve spent at least $800 trying to find a pillow that wouldn’t cause neck pain and headaches and I’ve finally found it! I’m so happy I could cry! I no longer deal with pins and needles in my arms, which used to happen every night. I do also find that it does sleep cooler that other pillows I have tried.

Shockingly woeful. All the negative reviews alas are true.
