Works for RSX Type S
Worked for my RSX Type S. Note that the blue wire is Amp Power, the stereo I bought for this had a blue /w white stripe wire for Amp Power.

Works for 2007 Honda Pilot
Does the job... Used this to install an Atoto head unit in a 2007 Honda Pilot (without factory navigation). I would have given it 5 stars had Metra included wires on pins 3 and 11, the two pins used for steering wheel controls on the factory harness. Would have made wiring the steering wheel button connections much easier, instead of having to use quick splices or T-taps on the vehicle harness.

Worth the price.
I have spliced into existing dash wiring. It is no fun. After using the plug n play, I won't do radio replacement without the adapters.
