Good product and nice fit.

I initiay bought Medium because my waist size is 32" but the supporter was looking very small for 32" size. Then later i ordered Large which is equivalent to 34" waist size and which is i am using while doing the weight exercise. I would say its also not worth the size. So whatever is your waist size go for one size higher. Material of supoter is really good and comfortable.

This fits perfectly. I ordered M size for my 34 inch waist. Its a good tight fit. Earlier I used backless supporters and went for this when the old one became loose. This one fits better and i will prefer this fit over the backless ones. If you get your waist correct, you wont go wrong with this. The cotton feels good too and so does the elastic band.

They're good as in they're pretty air tight when it comes to keeping your 'junk' secure. I ran close to 8 km with not more than a 5 min stop and I had to adjust my PANTS more than a dozen times. These supporters do their job full well as far as staying on your waist is concerned. But, know this, synthetic shorts have a chance of constantly shifting their direction, because this supporter will stay on your waist but the shorts which sit OVER the supporter do not. This is not the case with synthetic tights though because tights hold the skin evenly across the surface of the skin so chances of slippage around the waist is highly reduced but shorts are solely sitting on your waist and nowhere else, thus the move around a fair bit to the point of irritation. SO these supporters might not be for the purpose of running at all, unless there were a fine lining of some other material which held shorts or pants of different materials in place, but hey, I'm no expert on such matters.
