Mine have been through the wash plenty of times without any ill effects.CON (honestly none, just confirming what I read in other reviews and giving my thoughts):-made of fairly thin (albeit high-quality) stainless sheet steel. If you expose it to very high heat, it may warp, but should warp back if allowed to cool slowly. Mine have been used under my broiler on high without any ill-effects.-because the metal is thin, I wouldn't suggest using these for an extremely heavy roast or bake. They're great for up to 12 or maybe 15 lbs on a single sheet, but I wouldn't recommend more than that. Don't make a huge turkey on these (but duh, they aren't meant for that)-pans are uncoated, and that's both a positive and negative. It means you can be very rough with scrubbing them clean. but it also means that anything with fats or carbohydrates is very likely to burn onto the pan and be difficult to remove. I suggest putting a layer of aluminum foil over the pans when using them, but a silpat would work great too.5/5 would recommend to a friend, will probably buy more.

I like these and use often. They are sturdy and have a nice thickness. Scratch resistant and stuff doesn't stick on them. The size is perfect for my toaster oven. Great versatility!

I needed this specific size pan for my homemade focaccia bread. The metal is a little thin, but that doesn’t affect the result. The cooling racks are nice and strong.

These baking sheets work! They do twist a bit at higher temperatures but it would not affect cooking too much unless it's an item that releases juices and then that settles on one side. They do work and are fairly easy to clean. I usually line mine with parchment paper to save the cleanup. The cookie rack is good quality and is pretty handy for air frying fries and other items.

Yes, they are made in China. It's listed quite clearly on the packaging. This does not mean it is a low quality product. In fact, I've often found that it's easier to find simple, non-toxic, durable products that are made in China than to find any such products still made in America.These are sturdy pans that hold up well to high heat and frequent use. They are not coated with anything, as the description states, and therefore they stain more easily than non-stick or aluminum coated pans. They also may require soaking for any hardened residue. This is the trade-off you must make if you don't want your pans to be coated with toxic chemicals or aluminum. For me it's worth it!My only major complaint is that the cooling racks are the same material as the pans themselves, and so they will eventually scratch the pans with use, which wears down the nice mirror finish over time. I'm not sure how this could have been avoided but it is a definite drawback. They will also sometimes warp in the oven at high temperatures, but so far mine have retained their shape fine after cooling down. Overall I would highly recommend these pans to anyone who is looking for a baking pan + rack combo that is made of pure stainless steel with no coating.

I was looking for something to use with my Ninja air fryer that was smaller than the original pan and also easier to clean than the air fryer basket that comes with the Ninja. This fit the bill perfectly. First, there are two pans and two racks that are just the right size for doing single serving sizes like two pieces of pizza or a single chicken breast, etc. Then the wire rack which is like a cooling rack for cookies works great for holding food off the pan like the air fryer basket. I’ve also used the stainless pans without the rack many times to simply heat something up without using the large pan that comes with the Ninja air fryer. And this stainless steel is VERY easy to clean. I think these are just the right size and a great price for what I was looking for. They work perfectly for me.

My sister and I spent a day baking cookies together recently. To prepare, I bought these pans and cooling racks to upgrade my kitchen since I’m not a huge baker.These pans do warp/twist a little when heated, but to be fair, so do all of my other pans—even the ones that claimed they wouldn’t.They’re easy to clean, and they fit my Amazon silicone baking sheets perfectly since they are quarter pans. I’ve used them for other things, like chicken and fries, and so far, it’s been smooth sailing. I really like these pans!

So far I have mostly used these for pretty simple things - small pastries etc and they have faired well!I am actually quite pleased with them overall.I have a little bigger oven then 'normal size' (it is a built-in oven not a full cooker) and I am able to fit these side by side in there, which is exactly what I was looking for.I have not used them to make cookies which is a true test of heat distribution but based on current experience, I would say it is good.I also always use parchment paper, so the clean up is always easy. I am a little wary of it being easy without it as they are incredibly shiny - they genuinely looked like mirrors at first.

We use these to cook chips, gems, nuggets etc and place water under roast meats in the Weber gas BBQ

I just recently bought this to help with cooking things that I want better airflow for. They work great look great and are a nice size. They were a bit hard to clean, but all not stick pans are and did eventually get all the backed-on food off.

Good quality. Happy with the wire rack option on a good quality pan. I Recommend as a healthier alternative to non stick coatings pans that eventually become scratched. I used a butter thin coating cooked broiled vegetable t by en added water to soak the pan before cleaning which wiped off with a sponge.
