Got this for dirt jumping and park days first out slammed hard right on my shoulder and went to the er to get checked out nothing broken couldn’t use my arm though 5 days later I’m already using my arm for the most part bottom line is that if I wasn’t wearing this I would have broken my shoulder 100%
