I take a lot of supplements and this one - fermented beets is at the top of my list. I have no proof to provide but it seems that it does help lower my blood pressure. Or better stated, my blood pressure is more routinely normal with this supplement paired with my BP med.

I have not started the capsules yet. I have the previous product of the powder form of the same. I appreciate Dr. Mercola's fermented products and trust them. I have used Turmeric one , fermented made by him, on a regular bases. I like that a lot.

These organic fermented beets capsules are easy to take, no flavor, and no 'side effects' experienced. I'd say they are the tapioca size of a supplement capsule. I personally have not experienced any noticeable difference in the 2 months of taking them however, and I think honestly you need to take a higher dose at least for a few weeks even a month, but the cost is a bit high for me at this time so I couldn't do that for more than a week before going back to the 'normal' dose listed on the bottle. The fermentation does give them a higher potency and also reduces sugar level that beets have, so that's a positive, but ultimately I need to take higher potency for an extended time for potential noticeable results in my case. I do still recommend giving these a try as Mercola supplements are high quality.
