Soft and comfortable
So far so good. This was the next best thing to the Lacti-cups (I have 1) which are currently unavailable. They fit really comfortably in my bra and the silicone skirt is soft against my skin. They aren't super high profile which is nice. I just wish they held more liquid as I leak a lot at night with feeding my boy and the lacti cups seem to hold a bit more.

Effortless Milk Collection with Comfort & Discretion
The Elvie Catch is a game-changer for breastfeeding moms. They’re comfortable to wear, discreet under clothing, and do a fantastic job of collecting milk that would otherwise go to waste. The silicone material is soft and gentle, making them suitable for all-day wear and they stay in place much better than traditional breast pads. What I love most is how easy they are to use and clean. They’ve helped me build up a small freezer stash without the extra hassle of pumping. However, I would recommend being cautious when bending over, as there’s a slight risk of spillage if they’re too full. If you have a strong letdown, you’ll need to empty them frequently to avoid leaks. Highly recommended for busy moms!

Good and was comfy
Works really well when u first start to pump and your trying to catch your “ liquid gold “ was easy to clean and easy to pour out of the catcher. Good for small leaks not big leaks .

My wife is able to wear these discreetly all day and collect any excess milk. They are easy to clean and sanitize.

I do recommend!! Decent product.
9/10I do give 5 star review although I say 9/10 for rating. These are great, just simple breast cups! They work well, I use on one side when nursing and pumping on the other, I sleep with them as well, but just be careful if you sleep on your back, if they become too full they will leak a little. At the moment, I’m up twice in the middle of the night, so I catch it before it has time to fill up.There is a small lip that won’t let ALL the milk come out, but you’re definitely getting majority of what leaked out. No judgement on this next part, just a suggestion - Use a syringe to get the rest out if you're anal about getting every last drop of that liquid gold! I know some moms it’s hard enough to produce, so every last drop is essential.Easy assembly after first sanitization and every cleaning. Just two simple pieces.I have xl chest, so it’s a bit noticeable when wearing these out of the house. All together, I do recommend these instead of using disposable or reusable nursing nipple pads. That’s a waste when you’re trying to save all milk.

Love the concept, not sure about the execution
I want to love these as it is a pain having to worry about breast pads all day long; however, I’m not sure I do.Pros:-you catch the milk that would have otherwise been lost-they are very discreet-only two parts to wash-inexpensive compared to disposable breast milk padsCons:-they leave indents in my chest-they get hot and don’t allow airflow to your nipples (especially problematic on warmer days)-the rim of the silicone part retains water so it’s hard to let air dry-when you pour milk out some remains contaminating the next batch of milk (I only ever use the milk caught for baths, rather than feeding baby because of this)-have to have a separate container to pour milk into every time you feed if you leak often throughout the day

Discreet comfortable collection chamber great for sore nipples
Below is a review of 4 options for catching milk and sore nipple protection to hopefully help another momma get the right product the first time rather than having to try and return a bunch of products while taking care of a new baby like I did.haakaa Ladybug- small nipple hole (painful on the areola) silicone is more rigid, I’m assuming to be able to suction but it’s just not conducive for healing sore nipples, uncomfortable to sleep in. Noticeable under bra. If looking for gentle suction for letdown but something baby can’t kick off, the ElvieCurve is amazing but unfortunately expensive.Medela TheraShells- look absolutely ridiculous, only about 2in in diameter so on any size breast these are going to be noticeable and weird looking. The inverted/flat nipple back has the smallest nipple opening that I can’t imagine it would fit anyones nipples comfortably and would further cause damage to the sore Areola. The sore nipple back is comfortable but I just felt silly wearing them because of how they looked. These may catch leaks but not much and they have vent holes at the top so I imagine they will leak if wearing them to bed. No suction.Phillips Avent- these come with shells with and without air vents depending on whether you want to use them for collecting milk or for sore nipples. I really thought out of the 4 these were going to be my favorite because of the shape of the silicone cushion but these were still painful on my areola. They also look unnatural under a bra and for bigger chested women are definitely going to be noticeable.Elvie Catch- a higher price point but definitely worth it. Out of the 4 options I tried, these were my favorite. Instantly comfortable, discreet under a bra, comfortable enough to sleep in. The silicone piece that touches the breast is soft and flexible and not rigid like the Haaka lady bugs and I feel will actually allow my nipples to heal. The collection container is small but at this point I care less about collecting and more about protecting my nipples from sticking to nipple pads. If you have long nipples, these may not work for you because of the flatter collection chamber, your nipples will touch the hard plastic, defeating the sore nipple purpose. But there’s about 3/4in depth so most nipples will fit fine. Taking apart and putting these back together is kind of a pain but doable. No suction like the haaka but I’m fine with that as my supply is now more regulated and engorgement isn’t such a huge problem. (If engorged and have sore nipples I highly recommend the Elvie Curve that has gentle suction and can’t be kicked off by baby as you’re nursing the other side. These are less comfy to sleep in but still doable and they have a large collection chamber.)

Best collector to wear under clothes
These are fantastic! A co-worker recommended them. Im on the bustier side (DD before pregnancy, not sure right now), and they fit well. I wasn't sure if they would fit at first, but I tweaked the placement to sit lower in my bra and they're perfect. They stay in place through average daily movement, are near invisible under my clothes, they keep me from leaking through my clothes, and I can empty them when I pump at work. I wish I could give these 10 stars.
