Digitech Trio+ Band Creator + Looper w/ Patch Cables and Power Supply

I can now play in a 3 piece band anytime/anywhere I want. This thing is ingenious, and easy to set up. As a bonus, the drummer doesn't get drunk and the bass player doesn't have an ego. Very much worth the money. Note - You have to use this with a clean amp. No distortion, or your loops will sound muddy and horrible. Just put your distortion pedal and other pedals in the Trio's effects loop and you can record multitudes of layers of loops(clean and distorted) and it still sounds awesome.

Got tired of playing alone and decided to give this guy a try. Looked at several drum machines but most seemed to be leaning toward the techno crowd. I’m a blues rock guy and this little unit has proven to be a great practice buddy. Still learning the ins and outs but I do love the veriety this unit offers. Also purchased the optional foot switch. I prefer to have the unit on a table and the foot switch on the floor. That keeps me from bending over repeatedly to tweak the band. Well worth the cost and has been tons of fun. Layout is simple and once accustomed to the interface, it’s easy to work with. Read the manual to get the most out of it. Only drawbacks is the drums and bass have the same sound no matter the style. The sound isn’t bad by any means, it’s just not editable to have different bass tones or different drum kits. Didn’t purchase it for gigging, only for use at home. Have probably played more in the last 2 weeks after getting this than I have in the last 2 years! Between this and my recently acquired micro terror, and zoom gx1on stomp box, I want to play every day after work. Next thing I know it’s after midnight and I should have been in bed hours ago! But will most likely do it again tonight. And yes it is that fun!

It works, but many of the rhythms it picks up (builds) are far from what I was hoping for. Also the button press to start and end, are sometimes spotty and you need to start over again.

Everything about the pedal is awesome it gives you a band when you don't have one to practice with it's a band and a pedal it's not hard to use just need to get your timing down to use it the right way sound qualities outstanding Price could be a little cheaper but for what you get it's worth it

Finally a way to create fully layered gig music and backing tracks without tedious and costly studio software. This is a brilliant device that the one man band has deserved since forever. Hats off for Digi Tech

Doesn't live up to it's hype. I expected it to be a complex device but complete dissatisifed with it's tempo detention and bass parts. It does have options but doesn't seem to learn very well. I should have pay more attention online where people discuss giving it simple things, becuase working with it very simple things is all it can track and come up with anything that remotely sounds good. Likely a fun toy for creative person but if your looking for plug play band in box, this isn't it. As for the pedal build, it is build well like most anything Digitech I have owned.

There's a learning curve, and some limitations, but overall a good pedal for practicing or jamming alone. The software only save the mini sd card data on your computer. I'm using this pedal for busking with my electric guitar. For the moment I am working on the guitar parts, I cannot speak for the microphone. I will do an update after working with it. The pedal is very easy to use, the sounds are acceptable, not real musicians, but it's ok for what I do. If it was lost or stolen, I would buy it again.
