Wow I finally put this together and I love this thing! You can even do it in bed! You can use it for assisted sit-ups by holding the bar while raising your legs and torso, you can use it for rows and bicep curls and it has other attachments for shoulders and stuff! I just used it for like 5 mins and my arms and core are on fire but no pain!

I like the versatility afforded by this product. A feature I'd like to see is an option for shorter bands --for those of us who have short legs the current length of the resistance bands doesn't allow for full ROM of certain exercises.

I brought this item in August and in just about a month it broke. The truth is this item's quality is rather poor, not worth the price that it is marketed at. Two of the four resistance bands snapped off the contraption, leaving the product far less effective in only one month's time. Do not spend your money on this item. Instead, it would hold more worth to do simple, at home, exercises then use this.

Great workout tool with multi functions and good cost. I have been using it for about a week and found it very helpful for both adults and kids. Really a suitable tool for strength training at home.
