I have a chronic condition and I’ve taken numerous medications and supplements, fiber, etc over the last 10 years to try and “fix” it. Some things work but then my body gets used to them and they stop working. This really does help to get things moving without stomach ache or cramps. I did have to take more than the recommended dose, but everyone is different and if your condition isn’t chronic I believe the recommended dose will work.

I suffer from chronic constipation from personal reasons and this stuff works!! I took 2 at 6 pm and another 1 at 5 am the next morning. Then around 9 am I went to the bathroom and felt empty afterwards. Very little cramping. The pills were easy to swallow. I'm hoping that one a day or one every other day will keep me regular. I'm so thankful!!

The product was easy to swallow. I use this product to help to cleanse, and detox my colon.

I love this supplement. It gives me a good cleaning out. I have severe constipation that could not be helped with the use of a prescription drug and over the counter medications. When taking this supplement, I advise that you stay home all day. This supplement gets my bowels moving verily quickly and more than twice in one day.

I liked that it didn't cramp me up like other GI supplements.

One capsule gave me more than I bargained for.

It's for my Mom and she hasn't had anything negative to say. SO I assume it is working or I'd have heard.
