The combination of the two sources has helped me and my sausage fingers successfully accomplish all of my projects. Good for an introduction to the 10/22
Even though this is a 2nd edition, some things were outdated. This book shows very little “how-to” upgrade and more of “heres what’s possible” to upgrade. There is a section about accuracy using various ammo and upgrade choices which I think could have been excluded for more actual “how-to” install step-by-step parts.

Covers all details of disassembly and assembly.
Some details are separated by a few chapters which make it hard to follow but they are there. Overall I enjoyed the book with it's full coverage of details about customizing the 10/22.

Great book. I have had at a minimum 4 10/22 at any one time and 2 of those are custom (.17 HMR) conversion. Great reference book. A Must have for any 10/22 enthusiast.

Do you shoot in black and white?
Very complete and informative. Unfortunately it looks dated because all the pictures are Black and White (with the exception of the cover). The quality of the pictures, and there are many, does not match the quality of the text. Since this is the new edition, it seems this would have been the time for a high def upgrade.
