These are delicious but be careful! It doesnt say this on the bag but you're not supposed to eat more than 2 a day due to how much selenium they contain and you could get selenium toxicity if u eat more than that a day. So just beware .

Each time I’ve ordered these nuts they’ve been great but this time there’s something wrong. Must’ve gone wrong in the processing because they were soggy. They don’t have the crunch and they taste sour. I’m quite upset. They’re probably going to get tossed in the garbage and that was a lot of money!!
