This is a great cheap edc light specially because of the value for money. Personally don't love the beam, the way it falls off towards the edges is a bit crazy but it's bright and small and uses an AA in a pinch.You def need a 14500 to get the most (light) out of it. A heads up - It needs a button top (protected) 14500 not a flat top (unprotected) one.You get about twice the output from the 14500 but the lowest mode is too bright. That's my biggest con for this light. It's nice and bright but doesn't go low enough to be useful while not disturbing other people at night.

Perfect pocket light not too small nor to big, just the perfect size. brightness is good but heats up the flashlight very fast in full brightness, use full brightness for short time only or in cold weather or else the flashlight won't last very long as it will heat up and burn the led inside. medium light setting is perfect for daily use. Build quality and sturdiness is perfect.

Qorks good. Compact in size. Slightly warms up when on high beam for a longer period. Easy to use and store in pocket.Built quality is sturdy and had good grip.Only felt they need to keep an option to include branded battery with this. I had to search for 14500 type battery. On the good side it works with any AA size battery. Thanks yo Lumintop and Amazon for getting a great product like this to me.

This is the flashlight that is compatible with BOTH AA as well as 14500. For its size and battery compatibility - AA, the brightness to battery life is the best I found so far. Please correct me if I am wrong here.The problem with 14500, isn't the problem with the Brand, this is India's new BIS registration requirement which has pushed off a lot of batteries. I wish India would have simply accepted international standards.Given the price, I bought it on the deal at 1804 - which is still I think of higher-end - hear me out why this is still high. If I had an option to import it from China, I would have done it after taxes, without batteries at a little over 1000 for some good brands like Nicron, Sofrin, etc. Might have to wait for 3 weeks or so though :)Anyways - if you think you are like me and each vehicle deserves a battery, this is for sure a good one. By, put AA Eveloop, forget for a year. This will still work when you need it.

I have now returned 2 of these torches as neither of them worked with w brand new AA battery right out of the packet!

Good solid aircraft aluminium grade body milled very well.Tail click switch has all modes interface. very handy and worth buying for daily use though bit pricy.worth all money.Yes works on 14500 lioin batteries for full turbo beam of 720lumens.With one AA eneloop 2500mAh battery it emits only 280lmns and the purpose of the light is beaten.go for the 14500 penlight type battery if you are really a flashoholic like me.o to www.lightorati.in web and yuo can purchase for around 900/- Genuine site.

The update is the diffuser has been sent - 2 of them . Finally received.the product built quality and design is good but the light beam is pathetic for the price. Way overvalued! Also , given the difficulty in getting the 14500 battery, the alkaline batteries run out very quickly and gives a very bad dispersion of light. Forget 650, i doubt if it crosses 200 even when used with alkaline batteries . Best to get other brands which are probably 1/3 of its price and offers way superior value.

Small yet powerful, best part is it works with any AA sized battery, I purchased a Lithium Ion battery specially for my Torch and the brightness it gives is better than my motorcycle's headlight. the LED used is super bright although prolonged use of the torch in high and tourbo mode heats it up consuderably but in case of emergencies its the best torch you can have. I have also tested it under water and it can handle being submerged in water for long period of time
