Areca Palm Plant Dypsis lutescens 2" Pot

I love palms and haven’t had much luck with the large ones so, I thought I would give it a try with the small starter plants. All 3 palms showed up green, full and healthy. Not a yellow or brown leaf on them. I gave them about 2 weeks to settle in before I repotted them. These type palms like to be slightly root bound so don’t rush to repot them. These came in 4 inch pots, you’ll only want to go up to a 5 - 6 inch pot when repotting. They were not root bound when I got them so, after getting them settled in their new pots, I won’t need to be repotting them until 3-4 years from now. Be sure to use a well draining high quality peat based potting mix and water it less frequently in the winter months. They love indirect bright light which they get plenty of from my south and north windows. I mist them about twice a week since it gets so dry here in the winter. I’ve had them a little over a month and they look just as healthy as when they arrived. I couldn’t be happier with them. They really add to the atmosphere and give warmth to a room. Beautiful healthy plants at a decent price.

The delivery of the 3 plants came within the date range as advertised. All 3 plants came in very good condition and healthy. They were wrapped so well that they were still moist and not a speck of dirt was out place. Larger than expected

I'm very impressed by how healthy these plants are. The order arrived on time, I wasn't able to get the package from the post office for several days because of the weekend and a holiday. The plants are beautiful and well packaged. I will definitely buy again.

They looked pretty good when they arrived. They were packaged well. After planting in 3 large outdoor pots they seem to be not doing so well . It could be the nights are still a little cool and they’ll take off I’m hoping. I’d suggest if you order to use as a indoor only plant
