Review: This is a photocopy of the hardback possibly with Indian edits on thin paper. - They say you get what you pay for...! it's a cheap, nasty substandard book, the black and white printing is not even true black its more like a dark grey! Not worth keeping. Honestly save your money and invest in the hardback version. I have a feeling the original hardback although pricey is a lot better. Cengage - the publisher have not authorised this publication of Abnormal Psychology : An Integrative Approach, 8th edition - this paperback edition is only authorised for India. In terms of its content it looks okay but I can only compare it to the official 7th edition paperback which is a better book. however, I did notice some of the example of people's mental health difficulties used in the book are from people in India, which is definitely different to the examples used in the official 7th edition paperback .

Prescribed uni textbook at a good price

The book is well- written, quite comprehensive and a nice read. It's my course text book so I'm happy I got it. But the pages are extremely thin and get easily crumpled even with careful use. In all honesty, it's already a heavy bulky book so I guess they did that on purpose. I recommend getting the soft cover, the hard cover is really bulky and heavy.
