everything or every herb is not going to work for you or do for you what it does for someone else, the trick is find one that does through trial and error. Maca Root did not do much for me as far as energy is concerned, so i used the remainder of it in my vegetable smoothes for that nutty flavor and texture, Maca root is neither a hit or miss i didn't gain or lose weight with it.
