Completely inaccurate instrument
Unfortunately like others have said, this is a disappointment from Starrett. The level is completely inaccurate to the point from one face to another will have the bubble on completely opposite ends on the same surface. It seems it was just machined to really poor tolerances or something. Not what I'd expect from a "precision instrument company". I will keep mine just because I can CNC it myself to make it correct, but would not advise others purchase this.

Excellent level to mount a scope
I use this level to mount my scope on my rifle. It is much more exact than the cheaper gun models.Very small with many uses.

Excellent Quality Level
Great pocket size level for the money. It is very high quality and well made. You can't go wrong with the Starrett brand. It would be nice to have a little better visibility where the level is read but overall it is a good product. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality pocket size level.

Nice and small
Seems like mine doesn't measure exactly the same when I reverse it but is very close. Nice for small dimensions such as a turntable. But for precision measurement such as a turntable I bought the Starrett 4" which is adjustable (costs more too) and is more sensitive. Still I like this little level.
