Finicky felines do love themselves broth treats. So what did we think?Smell (that’s me): It smelled more chicken than scallop.Consistency: Heavy on the broth side with about a tablespoon of protein.Taste (that’s them): Well 2 out of 3 cats got to try the package I received and they both liked it. The broth was the first to disappear, then the chicken. What was left looked like it might have been the scallops, but the next time I went through the kitchen, the bowl was empty.Overall: I like that it’s made from chicken breast, the scallops weren’t particularly noticeable. It makes for a nice treat or if I’m trying to get more liquids into one of the felines.

This is the second flavor my cats tried from INABA's Broth line, she devoured each one. They love the broth, licking it all up and then devour the bits and pieces left behind before licking the bowl. The Chicken Broth with Chicken & Scallop looked and smelled appetizing, to both humans and felines. The package is snack sized can be used as a treat or to accompany dry food, I would even consider using it as a topper to help entice them to eat food they are more finicky with. Inaba is known to make premium cat food and it is reflected in the quality of this food.

My cat was absolutely, over the top, crazy for this broth! He looked so happy while he was eating it. His full focus was on eating it and seemed to tune the rest of the world out. After he was finished, he had a satisfied look on his face while he took his time cleaning his paws afterwards.if my cat is happy with a food choice, I'm happy.
