I love the hats design but it did come out of the box with multiple loose threads. I am sure that is was just my luck though. I sadly have not heard anything back from the email I have sent about it so that is unfortunate as well. If I hear back after I submit this review I will give you an update.

Unfortunately, most of the pictures depict this hat as dark purple. It matches the very light purple in the last two photos rather than the first 4. Instead of matching the sweatshirt I bought, they don't really match at all. Pretty upset about the misleading photos.
