I had been suffering from a congestion head ache for several days. When this arrived I tried it immediately and it did relieve the discomfort very quickly. It has continued to help while I am still recovering from whatever caused this infection. I was using normal Eucalyptus oil which was helpful, but, not as helpful as this blended oil. I would give it 5 stars, but, as helpful as it is, I find that, for me, the aroma is just slightly off putting. Once I am better I will likely return to using more fragrant oils in my living room diffuser and keep this rather clinical and woody scented, but soothing oil for use at night. Will buy again.

I wanted to try this because of lots of allergens and hayfever that my daughter has…as it happens when this arrived my daughter has been unwell and has no voice…as soon as it arrived today I put a few drops on oil burner and a few hours later my daughters voice started to break through a little…she was so happy as she has been finding it so difficult and tiring with not being able to communicate properly…thank you so much for this great idea…when my daughter has her voice back I might not be so grateful…just kidding…it has been a great product and I highly recommend it…x

No instructions on how much to use or how to use, tried it in my steamer but made little difference to my breathing will keep trying by upping the dose.

Wonderful remedy for blocked up nose

Good quality, it lasts long. The combination of oils is great. I dilute in water it in a small bottle and I spray my masks and use it as disinfectant after washing my hands 👍
